We hereby inform our clients, who are also consumers, that the body of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes between a lawyer and a consumer under contracts for the provision of legal services is now the Czech Bar Association. The internet address of the Czech Bar Association is www.cak.cz.
For the purposes of the out-of-court settlement of a dispute, the Rules of Conciliation shall apply mutatis mutandis. The Conciliation Commission of the Chamber is entrusted with the performance of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes. Furthermore, we would like to inform you that at your request we will issue you a document on the provision of the service stating the date of provision of the service. In the event of a complaint about the service, we will issue you a written confirmation of when you, as a consumer, have exercised the right, what is the content of the complaint and what method of handling the complaint you require. When communicating with clients with whom we have a Contract on the provision of legal assistance, we mainly use the public communications network and do not use telephone numbers with a higher than normal price.
